Dr. Elie Abboud took over a 40-year Spring Hope practice in 2024 and rebuilt it around one idea: big-city dentistry, small-town care. A University of Pittsburgh grad, UNC Chapel Hill trained and Kois Center educated, he shows you what he sees on your own images before anything happens.
In August 2026, Dr. Hilary Patterson, DMD, joined the practice. She trained at ECU, cared for families in Wilson and Elm City, and practices the same way: listen first, explain clearly, real prices up front.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, all ages, from kids to grandparents. You can book online in under a minute, and we handle the rest, including filing your insurance for you.
Do you take my insurance?
We work with all major insurance plans as an independent, out-of-network practice: we file your claims for you and accept assignment, and many patients pay about the same as they would in-network. No insurance? Ask about our VIP Plan and flexible financing.
What does a first visit cost?
New patients pay $79 for a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and a 3D scan, plus a personalized plan with exact prices before any treatment is decided. The $79 rate is available through September 30, 2026.
Will I see Dr. Abboud or Dr. Hilary?
Tell us when you book. If you'd like to see Dr. Abboud or Dr. Hilary, we'll do our best to schedule you with them. Both work with the same team, so you get the same honest answers and real prices either way.

Call or text us at (252) 478-3422. We keep room in the schedule for urgent visits, and new patients can get a $99 emergency exam and X-ray.
